Billing Ops

Billing Ops runs inside Stripe and turns overdue invoices into a focused follow-up workspace for billing teams.

Overview

Overdue invoice follow-up inside Stripe.

Billing Ops organizes overdue Stripe invoices into a queue with customer context, editable follow-up drafts, notes, contacted status, and payment arrangements.

Workflow

What operators get

  • Overdue invoices with amount, status, due date, and customer details
  • Editable follow-up drafts with calm, firm, and final-notice tone options
  • Internal notes and contacted status
  • Payment arrangement tracking for invoices that need more time
Setup

Open Billing Ops from Stripe.

  • Open the mapped Stripe account in the Stripe Dashboard.
  • Open NoticeDock Billing Ops from installed Stripe apps.
  • Refresh the queue to pull current overdue invoice details.
  • Use App settings to manage billing and choose draft tone defaults.
Billing

Access follows subscription status.

Active and trialing subscriptions can use the Billing Ops workspace. Canceled, unpaid, expired, or past-due subscriptions remain behind the billing gate until billing is current again.

To manage or cancel billing, open Billing Ops inside Stripe and use App settings > Manage billing.
