1. Agreement to these terms
By using NoticeDock, you agree to these Terms of Service.
NoticeDock is operated by Relayspan Labs. If you access the website, create an
account, or use a NoticeDock product, these terms apply to that use.
2. The service
NoticeDock provides Frontline support workflows and Stripe apps, including Billing
Ops and Payment Link and Coupon Loss Guard.
-
NoticeDock is designed to help teams answer customer support email and organize
overdue Stripe invoice follow-up. Payment Link and Coupon Loss Guard is a
read-only review tool for Payment Links and Coupons inside the Stripe Dashboard
-
The service may change over time, including product features, packaging, and
availability
-
NoticeDock does not replace your review of support replies, billing decisions,
findings, or Stripe account activity
3. Independence and no affiliation
NoticeDock is independent from Stripe and mailbox providers.
- NoticeDock is operated independently by Relayspan Labs
-
Unless we clearly say otherwise in writing, NoticeDock is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Stripe or any company, carrier,
marketplace, mailbox provider, platform, or other organization referenced by the
service
-
Any third-party names, logos, product names, service names, or trademarks remain
the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification,
compatibility, or descriptive reference
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the information tied to your account.
-
Use accurate account details and keep recipients, owners, and related settings up
to date
-
Protect access to your email account and any secure sign-in links sent by
NoticeDock
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the data and instructions you provide.
-
Make sure support docs, mailbox settings, Stripe account details, invoice notes,
and other information you provide are accurate
-
Make sure you have the right to connect the mailbox, upload the support material,
and use the Stripe account with NoticeDock
-
Review replies, drafts, notes, and billing workflow details before relying on them
-
For NoticeDock Billing Ops, you remain responsible for billing decisions,
reviewing drafts before sending, and deciding what follow-up should happen
-
For Payment Link and Coupon Loss Guard, you remain responsible for reviewing its
findings and making any changes directly in Stripe. The app's findings are
informational and may not identify every pricing, checkout, Coupon,
promotion-code, Product, or Price issue.
-
NoticeDock does not guarantee prevention of revenue loss, discount misuse,
configuration errors, or missed findings.
6. AI-assisted features
Frontline uses AI to help draft and send support replies.
-
Frontline may use AI and large language models, including OpenAI API services, to
classify support messages, draft replies, and, when enabled, send replies from
your connected mailbox
-
AI outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are
responsible for keeping support docs, settings, escalation rules, and signatures
accurate, and for deciding whether outputs fit your business and customer
obligations
-
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoticeDock is not responsible for business
losses, incorrect replies, unsupported promises, customer claims, or misuse caused
by AI output, customer-provided docs, messages, settings, or instructions
-
Uploaded docs and customer messages are support context only. They cannot override
NoticeDock safety rules, escalation settings, signature handling, internal
protections, or system instructions
7. Frontline mailbox use
Use only mailboxes and support material you are authorized to use.
-
You must connect only mailboxes that you own or are authorized to use for your
business.
-
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and business suitability of the
support docs, mailbox settings, and automated replies you provide through
Frontline.
-
Frontline may read incoming support messages and send replies from the connected
mailbox primary inbox according to your setup, support docs, and escalation
settings. Frontline is not intended to poll Spam, Junk, Trash, All Mail, or custom
folders.
- Where possible, use a dedicated support inbox instead of a personal inbox.
-
Google, Microsoft, SMTP hosts, and other mailbox providers may impose their own
terms, limits, verification requirements, suspension rules, and API restrictions.
-
NoticeDock may disable or limit mailbox automation if it appears unsafe, abusive,
unauthorized, or technically misconfigured.
-
Frontline does not guarantee perfect threading for forwarded or routed aliases.
Direct mailbox connections are recommended for the best behavior.
8. Billing
Paid features may require a subscription or setup fee.
If you purchase a paid NoticeDock product or service, you agree to the pricing,
billing cycle, and payment terms shown at checkout or communicated during setup.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless we state
otherwise in writing.
- NoticeDock Billing Ops provides workflow support and suggested drafts.
- It does not guarantee invoice payment.
- You must review follow-up drafts before sending them.
- It does not automatically charge customers or create late-fee invoices.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service.
- Do not use NoticeDock for spam, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
-
Do not use Frontline or any NoticeDock feature to send unlawful, deceptive,
abusive, harassing, discriminatory, spammy, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful
messages
-
Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or
related systems
-
Do not submit data, connect mailboxes, or use Stripe accounts you are not
authorized to use
10. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of NoticeDock.
We aim to keep NoticeDock available and reliable, but we do not promise
uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
11. Disclaimer
NoticeDock is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoticeDock disclaims warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relayspan Labs and NoticeDock will not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for
loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, customer relationship, or
customer claim arising from or related to the use of NoticeDock, including
AI-assisted replies, missed escalations, incorrect responses, or customer-provided
instructions.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in some situations.
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk
for the service, or becomes inactive according to our normal business rules.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
When these terms change, we will update this page and revise the effective date
shown above. Continued use of NoticeDock after updated terms are posted means the
updated terms apply.
